This summer, I’m focusing on Koruna Liptova, preparing to tackle the full trail across Liptov’s mountain ridges. The plan is to train steadily, build endurance, and work through the route step by step, turning it into a structured challenge that combines hiking, trail running, and exploration of some of Slovakia’s most stunning landscapes. It’s about testing limits, enjoying the journey, and experiencing the mountains in a purposeful, immersive way.
